Mindframe Performance Consulting is a sports and performance psychology consultancy start-up since the year 2020. The business employs a team of psychology experts to plan and guide sports professionals towards improved performance and health. The company’s holistic and innovative approach towards mental and physical health is based deeply on modern science and scientific research.

Mindframe Consulting trains athletes, teams, coaches, and companies on mental skills, tools, and methods to optimise their mindset and performance.

Why SEO for Mindframe Performance?
Mindframe Consulting started with a website renovation project that quickly turned into an SEO and traffic project after completion. Though the brand also started a paid campaign to drive the traffic to the website the SEO was needed for long-term visibility.

Three-month SEO goals for the new website were set to ensure long-term visibility and ranking progress:

Fill the meta gap with additional descriptions and tags.

Ensure the website has adequate content for all targeted sections.
Optimize internal link structure as new content is published.
Increase session time and reduce bounce rate.
Improve website DA and PA from 1 to 10+.

The Challenges
Mindframe Consulting has been a relatively new business and boasts of a niche audience. The narrow audience profile could limit the scope for high traffic. Also, the marketplace has been dotted with numerous individual professional service providers with better local reach.

Another challenge has been the benchmarking of the SEO project. The closest business competitor has been with a longer digital presence. We needed to rank for at least 20 top keywords to meet the traffic target.

Also, optimize the website to ensure a higher engagement rate, low loading speed, and continued performance.

The Solution
The priority has been to maintain a great user experience on the website. Dynamic elements on the landing pages, direct voice content, and ease of navigation have been the first steps for the Mindframe website.

We identified 50 high-volume KW within an average difficulty rate of 15 to start SEO optimization. We also worked to build a strong backlink profile using high-authority sources like Medium, Blogger, Facebook, and other social media channels, among other third-party publications.

Meta titles and descriptions were added to all the pages on the website. Blogs and page content was optimized for the selected keywords while maintaining high readability and usefulness.
