As the legal custodians of the Smpl Ecosystem brand we have established a Master Agreement with Smpl Finance, LLC to ensure that Smpl Ecosystem is being developed and maintained as a financial network that is fair, equitable, secure, and a transparent decentralized democracy.

Smpl Foundation is engaged in decentralized and centralized financial networks working with regulators to shape financial legislation, and empowering equal and fair access to capital utilizing the Smpl Ecosystem.
