DisAbility equips online sells equipment and aids for people with disabilities and older adults. Walking frames, mobility gear, daily living stuff; the kind of things people need to actually live their lives. They also offer consulting services to help families figure out what they actually need. Based in Australia, they focus on real people, not just moving boxes.
The client had the heart right, but the website was holding them back. They serve a specific group of people; customers who need clear information and easy buying. The old site made things harder to find than they should be. For someone with limited patience or time, that’s a real problem.
What needed fixing
We started in Figma and stripped everything back. These aren’t impulse buy products. People come here because they need something specific. So we made the search and categories dead simple. No distractions, just products and clear info.
We made sure their consulting services got prime space because that’s what sets them apart. They don’t just sell stuff, they help people figure out what stuff they actually need.
